Q. I can't find the type of property I am looking for?

A. We are happy to try and find a suitable property for you. Click Here, complete our short form and we will try and find a selection of properties that will meet your criteria.

Q. We have found a property we like - do you have to do the finance arrangement as well?

A. Absolutely not, you are free to arrange the finance for your purchase in any way you choose. Conversely if you have found a property elsewhere and wish us to just arrange the finance, that is fine too.

Q. Will you be able to help us with the legal side of our purchase?

A. Not directly, no, however we do have connections with leading firms of solicitors who can help you with this, please see our services page.
